- If you still have equipment that you have not
turned in, please do so immediately.
Your child’s spot will not be secured nor will new equipment be issued
until it is turned in.
- As the teams are filling up quickly, please be
reminded that if you have not paid the $75 to hold your spot there is the
possibility that you could lose your spot to someone who has.
- No football or cheer equipment/uniforms will be
issued until all fees are paid. The first
football equipment hand out date will be July 24th
- First day of practice for football and cheer will
be July 25th. All football
players and cheerleaders must have a certified birth certificate and a current
physical. Your physical must be
completed on the AYF Medical Clearance Form.
This form can be found in the print form section of your online
registration account. (blank form is attached for your convenience)
- Please print and sign your forms from your
registration account. In addition to the
forms, please provide a copy of your child’s insurance card and final report
card from the 2015-2016 school year. All
paperwork can be turned in at the Raider field inside of the trailer during on-site
registration dates and camp dates.
- For your convenience, on July 25th there will be a medical provider at the field offering
physicals for $15.
